ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Rich and generous with black color and thin gray meniscus, earthy wet granite and charcoal complex with aromas of raisins, dried figs and plum fruits, cherry and sour cherry jams, pine honey, sweet walnut, carob, carob, carob, carob . Mouth full, balanced sweetness, excellent structure and acidity. Great, complex and exuberant aftertaste.

TASTY COMBINATIONS
