ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Golden-blonde color with green highlights. Mature, juicy nose, with a particularly strong element of Mediterranean herbs, chamomile, basil and mint. The yellow fruits, the white and yellow flowers, the roasted lemon, the Passion fruit, the nectarine and the spicy white spices with the granite note make it complex. Exuberant in the mouth with perfect taste balance and very good acidity, oiliness, maturity and persistent duration, they classify it in gastronomic wines.
