ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Deep purple color, intense and complex bouquet, floral potential, earthy tones of soil and clay with minerals, volatility, skin notes, complex bouquet of ripe red and black forest fruits, cedar, sweet spices, prunes and honey. Long aftertaste with full body and dense tannins, dynamic acidity with intensity, alcoholic strength perfectly integrated with plenty of fruit, complex and exuberant aftertaste.
TASTY COMBINATIONS
Dry cured meats, BBQ, game, wild mushrooms, ripe cheeses and cold cuts. Enjoy after decanting in a carafe.

AMPHORES
Greek traditional amphorae without internal and external glazing and sealing to allow microoxygenation.
VINIFICATION
Long fermentation in an amphora with native yeasts, pressing of the marcs by hand and maturation in the amphora with the marcs for 270 days without sulfation. It is not treated and is not filtered.
