ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Color in the light color palette of salmon and with aromas of small red fruits, strawberries, blueberries, stone cherries, sour cherries from Mavroudi, Thrace. The minerality of Asyrtiko, the citrus fruits and its dynamic character are manifested in the mouth generously with crunchy acidity, complex and exuberant aftertaste.

VINIFICATION
