What courier do you use for deliveries?

We use DHL to ship all our orders and they are forwarded to the national postal service upon arrival in the destination country.

How long does the delivery last?

International orders generally take 1-3 business days to arrive. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over 50 € / 50 £ / 50 CHF.

Can I watch my item?

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed. This email will also contain the tracking number.

Do you make traditions in my country?

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all relevant credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Postfinance.

What coins can I use?

We only accept payments in euros, GBP and CHF.

What is the policy of online returns?

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with the possibility of resale.

Once you return, you are entitled to an exchange or refund.

We can not refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or not in their original condition.

Attach the completed Return Form to your merchandise and make sure all returned items are well packaged so that they are not damaged in the mail.

How do I return an item?

To return an item, you can simply fill out the attached return form and attach the return address to the parcel and transfer it to your local post office.

Who pays the return postage?

We offer FREE return postage for all orders returned within 14 days of receipt.

Can you confirm that you have received my return?

Our goal is to process the returns within 2 working days of receipt. You will be notified by email as soon as the return process is complete.
