Vinification technique:long fermentation in an amphora with native yeasts, pressing of the marc by hand and ripening in the amphora with the marc for 270 days without saturation. There is no treatment and it is not filtered.

Description: deep blooming color, intense and complex bouquet, floral potential, earth tones of clay soil and clay, volatility, cutaneous notes, a complex bouquet of mature red and black forest fruits, cedar, sweet spices, dried plum and pine honey.
