Vineyard: Organic, self-owned and able to produce 4000-5000 kilos per acre.
Ground: Sandy hills with rocky underground with 5 kilometres distance from the sea.
Climate: Mediterranean with East winds, warm winds and day to night temperature difference 13-15 Celcius.
Harvest: by hand in small baskets
Vinification technique: Fermentation in French oak barrels for 12 months. It is being bottled unfiltered and without any other treatment.

Description: This wine has a shiny red purple colour, while in the nose it starts with discreet aromas and while it develops it releases a bouquet of ripe red and black fruits, dry plum and fig, pine tree honey, coffee, cacao, roasted almonds. It offers kind tannins, balanced acidity, fruity aromas and complex aftertaste.
Aging potential: 5-7 years
Serving temperature: 18 degrees Celsius
Serving suggestions: White and red meat, venison, BBQ and matured cheeses
