Climate: Mediterranean with East winds, warm winds and day to night temperature difference 13-15 Celcius.

Vinification technique:Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 months under controlled temperature. Maturity in french oaken barrels for 9 months.

Description: This wine has a shiny crimson colour. In the nose, it offers a bouquet of red fruits, houndberry, cherry, raspberry, little strawberries in a vanilla background, oak moca . In the mouth there’s a playful alternation of acidity –sweetness with a long aftertaste.
